8 Rata Street, New Lynn, Auckland

Modus Group was contracted by its Government client to design and take through to Resource Consent, a three-level 15 unit development at 8 Rata Street, New Lynn Auckland.  The consent application was obtained in late 2016 and construction is commenced 2017. 

This brownfields redevelopment project has been architecturally designed and has revitalised an otherwise underutilised and tired site.
