Modus acquired a strategic site at 70 Upper Queen Street, Auckland Central.  This 9-level apartment building (including the ground floor) comprises 24 x 1 bedroom apartments.  Resource Consent for this project was obtained in late 2016 and building consent design work completed. Land consents and project documentation sold to Kāinga Ora in 2019.
