Mayville Avenue, New Lynn, Auckland

Modus Group was contracted to design and take through to Resource Consent a 10-unit medium density residential redevelopment project in Mayville Avenue, New Lynn Auckland.  The consent application was obtained on behalf of Kāinga Ora in late 2016.  As with all Modus projects, all building forms and landscaping features have been architecturally designed to a high standard to maximise the use and enjoyment of this site.
