Modus Group (along with Modus Construct) is excited to have an opportunity to design and build 19 affordable houses for the Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust in the Shotover Country subdivision.
Shotover Country is set in a spectacular Wakatipu rural landscape and has been designed as an appealing ‘Kiwi-style’ residential neighbourhood offering working families the opportunity to purchase affordable, entry-level housing close to Queenstown.
Groundwork has begun and construction of the eight 3-bedroom and eleven 2-bedroom houses will commence at the beginning of 2016.
