138 Stanmore Road completed

Our 9-unit development at 138 Stanmore Road was completed in the last week of March and handed over to our very happy client.

This is the first complex to contain one-bedroom units, which are in particular demand for social housing.  As always, seeing tenants move into their new home is the most rewarding part of the development process.

Our fifth development to be completed was delivered to our client in mid-November.

The 13 modern two-bedroom units are located in the suburb of Linwood and set the bar high for future developments in this area.

Our five new projects are also underway, with foundations being boxed and poured on all sites during July and August and carpentry commencing straight after.
